If you’ve lost your payment link, feel free to you get in touch to request a new one. Alternatively you can log into your account. You will be able to view your order history and pay any outstanding bills from there. If you don’t have a password, you can request one here.

You can pay directly with credit card via Stripe, or you can opt to pay later by invoice or bank transfer. We also accept cash and checks on delivery. If you are experiencing trouble with your payment, please contact us.

Yes! We double strain all of our juices and syrups to remove all pulp and sediment.

The number of servings will vary depending on the volume of the glass you are using. The Mix Fix bottles contain roughly 8 standard sized drinks per 1-liter batch.

You can definitely change the quantity and batch selection anytime before preparation has begun. Please allow at least 24 hours notice, as some specialty ingredients may need to be ordered fresh for your order. Just contact us to let us know. If you need help determining qualities, we would be happy to assist.

We do not pasteurize our juices because we believe in maintaining the absolute freshness and taste quality of the produce used. That being said, the batches should be refrigerated at all times and consumed within 48-72 hours to avoid food-borne illnesses.

The Mix Fix cocktails are designed to be in perfect balance, with enough alcohol and acidity to ensure that the cocktails are never “too sweet”. If you have a preference for drinks that fall on the sweet or acidic side, please let us know and we can tailor the recipes to fit your palate.

Yes, we usually only take orders over $700. Orders must preferable be placed two weeks in advance. If you do have a special request, please contact[ us./fusion_modal_text_link]. We always try to accommodate where possible.

There are many factors that come into play when determining the number of drinks to order per expected guest. If you do not feel comfortable predicting the right amount of drinks, please reach out to our consultants. After a series of questions, we can determine the ideal amount so you don’t run of product before the end of your event.

We are happy to batch using alcohol that you provide. We can coordinate to have your alcohol delivered to us so it may be incorporated directly into the batch. Alternatively, all other ingredients can be assembled in our bottles so that your spirit brand may be poured separately for media impressions. Prices will be reduced from those listed on our shop page if you wish to provide your own spirits. Please get in touch with us.

No, The Mix Fix as a concept is designed for ultimate ease of use. The cocktails are 100% ready-to-pour straight from the bottle to alleviate the stress and mess of traditional cocktail preparation. However, hiring a professional bartender can make your event run even more smoothly and you wont have to worry about the set up or maintenance of your bar area. We have staff to fit a range of budgets.
